Technical Support, Customer Success & Onboarding Specialist
We are seeking a hands-on Technical Support and Customer Success Specialist to support onboarding, training, and ongoing success for customers using the !nService public-safety SaaS platform. This role is customer-facing and highly operational, responsible for helping agencies successfully implement and adopt our RMS, CAD, eCitation, and related modules. Youll serve as a trusted point of contact during onboarding, assist with configuration and data setup, respond to support requests, and ensure customers are getting real value from the platform.
The ideal candidate is technically comfortable, process-oriented, and calm under pressure, with strong communication skills and a service mindset. Experience supporting SaaS platforms, government or law-enforcement customers, or compliance-driven environments (CJIS, public safety, or GovTech) is a plus. Youll work closely with engineering, product, and leadership to relay customer feedback, identify issues, and help continuously improve both the product and the customer experience.
