I'm hiring for a Technical Project Manager (possibly two) and I need your help.

I'm looking for someone who is open to mesh a traditional SDLC (waterfall/scrum/agile) with a start-up spirit (i.e.: take charge/never say "no" attitude) who is more of a junior candidate than a senior candidate.

Position Details:
Sal $80-$90K, maybe more
Reston, VA based (Remote until 2021)
2-5 years of technical (dev/engineer, Project Mgmt or analyst) experience
Kanban, Agile, Scrum experience
Jira/Confluence experience
SaaS/COTS experience
No certs needed but it's a plus
