Technical Project Manager

Job Description

Responsibilities

Manage multiple projects including scope, requirements, documentation, plans, schedules, and costs.
Define and track project milestones while developing, maintaining, and reporting on an overall integrated delivery plan.
Rigorously manage scope to ensure commitments are achieved within agreed-upon-time, cost, and quality parameters.
Record detailed customer requirements, constraints, and assumptions with stakeholders to establish the project deliverables, using various requirement-gathering techniques (e.g., planning sessions, brainstorming, focus groups).
Communicate expectations in accordance with the Project Plan to align stakeholders and Project Team members.
Measure project performance to identify and quantify variances and then perform the required corrective actions.
Assist with rebuilding PMO.
Requirements

5 years of experience as a Project Manager.
Experience working on large-scale projects.
Experience working with executive leadership, the business and technical teams.
Experience with the full software/system development lifecycle (SDLC) including the phases and deliverables within.
Experience with implementations.
Knowledge of IT systems, governance, and compliance.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban.
