Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer or Technical Lead to join our dynamic technology team. This role requires a deep understanding of Java and AWS technologies. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in designing and developing scalable applications with a focus on high availability, fault tolerance, and reliable performance.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement Java applications that leverage AWS cloud infrastructure.
Develop and maintain AWS Lambda functions, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
Manage the deployment of applications using Docker and ensure seamless build automation.
Utilize message queues to handle high-throughput data processing.
Lead a team of developers in a fast-paced agile environment, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate systems and achieve business goals.
Optimize application performance through continuous evaluation and refinement.
Must-Have Skills:
Proficient in Java programming.
Extensive experience with AWS cloud services.
Strong understanding of AWS Lambda, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
Knowledge of message queuing mechanisms and their implementation.
Experience with Docker and related container management technologies.
Familiarity with build automation and continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD) processes.
Required Experience:
A minimum of 8 years of experience in software development with a proven track record in Java and AWS.
Prior experience in a Senior Software Engineer or Technical Lead role, managing large-scale software projects.
Demonstrated ability to design and implement robust, efficient, and secure applications.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex requirements with a strategic approach.
