We are seeking a highly skilled Tech Lead with expertise in both Backend and Frontend technologies, particularly .NET and React.js. The ideal candidate will have extensive development experience, strong leadership capabilities, and proficiency in English (C1 level or higher).

Responsibilities:

Lead a team of developers in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable software solutions.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
Drive architectural and design decisions for both Backend (including .NET) and Frontend (React.js) components.
Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Ensure code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration.
Troubleshoot complex issues and provide innovative solutions.
Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate best practices into the development process.
Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 7 years of hands-on development experience with .NET (ASP.NET Core, .NET Framework) and React.js.
At least 2 years of experience in a leadership or tech lead role.
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
Experience with TypeScript, Azure services (Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Blob Storage, Azure SQL, Azure Cosmos DB), and Azure Cloud Services.
Proficiency in both SQL and NoSQL databases.
Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English (C1 level or higher).
Ability to simplify complex technical problems and drive the team towards solutions.
Experience with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.
