Job Description
Job title- Technical Support
The technical support services offered through the call centers are generally customer care services delivered through the helpdesk to provide technical support through toll-free numbers, chat, VOIP, Interactive Voice Response and email. Candidates belonging to BPO and KPO sectors should only apply to the job.
It focuses on resolving technical issues or problems in the fastest, most cost-effective way. Technical support is primarily responsible for resolving technical issues. These issues are perceived or actual problems in the product or service for which the client is seeking support.
Requirements:
1)Degree in computer science or information technology.
2)Certification in Microsoft, Linux, or Cisco is advantageous.
3)Prior experience in tech support, desktop support particularly in customer support.
4)Proficiency in Windows/Linux/Mac OS.
5)Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
6) Candidates should be experienced only in BPO and KPO Sectors
7) Candidates belonging from any other industry will not be entertained
8) Bilingual in English and Hindi
Responsibilities:
1)Identifying hardware and software solutions.
2)Troubleshooting technical issues.
3)Diagnosing and repairing faults.
4)Resolving network issues.
5)Installing and configuring hardware and software.
6)Speaking to customers to quickly get to the root of their problem.
7) Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution
8) Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
