Tech Lead Net Core - Remote or Hybrid UK

Job Description

The client is an information technology services provider with a strong focus in Manufacturing & Services, Retail & Distribution, and Financial Services verticals. They are a privately held US based organization with corporate offices in Chicago & Naperville, Illinois and regional offices in UK and India, representative offices in Germany, France, Singapore, and South Africa.

The succesful candidate will join a Global Leader with a client base of Fortune 500 corporations like Motorola, Coke, 3M, Waste Management, HSBC, 3M, Suntrust Bank, CDW to name a few.

About the role :

The client is building a digital platform for a Fintech, a banking-as-a-service (BaaS) offering to build a new investment platform for customers to invest in green and sustainable projects

Role requirements :

Manage stakeholder communication and expectations
Work closely with the product manager(s) and delivery manager(s)
Participate in project delivery ceremonies and provide inputs/suggestions towards deliverables
Analyse project briefs
Identify risks and required resources
Code Quality Assurance
Provide Architectural and Design direction
Support Technology stack refresh on Systems (end-to-end) when required
Ensure automated security is built into each technology stack
Understand and respond to emerging requirements and ambiguous technology decisions
Help define transformational and sustainable strategy
Control Technical Debt
Removing technical blockers
Ensure Code Review Healthiness
Promote Collaboration and Engagement
Help ship good quality code fast
Championing good practice
Ability to coach and motivate a team, ensuring business goals are met
Maintain industry knowledge
Being aware of the health of your team

Technical Requirements :

Hands-on .Net Core experience in a product based organisation or team
Strong knowledge of C# and .Net fundamentals.
Hands on experience in implementing Software Design Patterns and Enterprise level Design patterns [ e.g. Pub-Sub, Scatter Gather, CQRS and event sourcing]
Experience of working with Rest API and Microservices based Architecture.
Experience in Unit Testing Frameworks like XUnit. / NUnit / NMoq
Experience in AWS App sync, GraphQL
Experience in AWS services like Lambda, Cognito, DynamoDB, SQS, SNS

Salary : In the region of £100k+ negotiable . Salary not a constraint for the right candidate
