Sr Reporting Analyst

analytical Senior Reporting Analyst who can bring a passion for data and reporting.
In this role, you will work with team members and users to triage requests, define requirements,
design, develop and deploy high-quality reporting solutions that meet current and future needs.
Reporting to the Senior Manager of Reporting, you will be responsible for developing complex data
and reports while optimizing processes.
Your Talents:
Work with data structures to develop consistent, secure, and accessible reporting for
designated departments.
Analyze and interpret data to ensure high level of accuracy, timeliness, and usefulness for
business leaders.
Conduct routine audits of tables and datasets to contribute to overall enhancements of
data management solutions.
Understand reporting requirements and build reports that function as desired with minimal
supervision.
Independently perform development, and end-user acceptance testing of complex
reporting solutions.
Utilize depth of reporting and advanced excel skills, including pivot tables and index match
to find innovative solutions and recommendations for users.
Provide expertise in understanding and using Client data models and systems.
Participate in teams to define, design, and develop standards and conduct peer reviews of
solution designs.
Gain trust, respect, and credibility with all levels of the organization.
Diagnose and troubleshoot incidents via root cause analysis and establish
countermeasures to improve supported solutions.
Continually improve performance of complex solutions (both queries and database
structures).
Organize and conduct regular project status sessions and design reviews.
Consistently contribute valuable input during design reviews of team member solutions.
Your Experience:
Bachelor degree in finance or accounting required
3-4 years of advanced experience in Microsoft Excel, including proven utilization of pivot
tables, array, and index match required
2 years of experience with VBA and SQL
