This position is a full time salaried Sr. Consultant position that will include working with a variety of clients, industries, technologies and people. If you enjoy continuing to learn as your career journey evolves, this is a great fit. If you desire to have a more repetitive position with repetitive responsibilities and the same team make-up, this position is not the best fit.

Are you qualified?
Requirements
5+ years software/web design and development
.NET, Java, JavaScript, or iOS/Android experience
Experience with client interaction and developing in an Agile environment
Excellent communication skills
Well-organized and open to collaboration across a diverse group of people

Responsibilities
Build complex scalable products and services
Design, develop, and maintain existing front-end, back-end, and web-based apps
Construct and manage services, integrating complex database and third-party components
Gather, analyze, and synthesize requirements and documentation
Analyze requirements with capacity planning to determine system functions
Direct functionality, content, and navigation as part of project scope and phasing.
Verify and troubleshoot software, prepare sample test data, execute program, job stream, and system testing
Work cooperatively with other developers to create optimal application solutions
Be able to document technical solutions and system functionality
Nice To Have
Proven 7+ years experience in software/web design and development with .NET, Java, JavaScript, or iOS/Android
Interest with mentoring and coaching other IT professionals and/or Apprentices
A good sense of humor
Basic understanding of consulting business model
