Solutions Engineer
Job Description
We are looking for a Solutions Engineer to be the connective tissue between our product, engineering, and the clients who rely on our platform. You're the person who can read an API reference in the morning, translate it into plain English for a client by noon, and file a meaningful bug report by end of day all without losing your mind.
This role sits at the intersection of technical depth and human communication. You won't be writing production code, but you'll be deeply fluent in how our systems work and you'll use that knowledge to help clients succeed, unblock internal teams, and improve how we ship.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients during onboarding, implementation, and ongoing support
Translate complex technical requirements from clients into clear, actionable briefs for the engineering team
Investigate client issues end-to-end reading logs, tracing API calls, and reproducing bugs before escalating to dev
Build and maintain integration guides, technical FAQs, and onboarding documentation
Run discovery calls and technical demos with prospective and existing clients
Act as a feedback loop between clients and product surfacing patterns, pain points, and feature requests with context
Work alongside operations to identify process gaps and help design better internal workflows
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
36 years in a solutions engineering, technical account management, or implementation role ideally at a SaaS or healthtech company
Comfortable reading and writing basic scripts (Python, JS, or similar) you don't need to ship features, but you can debug them
Strong working knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, authentication flows, and data formats (JSON, CSV)
Experience with tools like Postman, Datadog, Jira, or similar you know how to find answers
Exceptional written and verbal communication you can write a client-facing summary and a detailed internal ticket for the same issue
A natural curiosity about how things work and a bias toward figuring it out before asking for help
Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or regulated environments is a strong plus
