Locations: London, Cheltenham, or Manchester (3 days per week on site)
Clearance: Must have Active DV (used within last 18 months)
Salary: Up to £95K base + benefits + bonus
The Role
Youll join a growing team of software engineers delivering secure cloud solutions, greenfield builds, and R&D prototypes for high-impact public-sector programmes. No two projects are the same expect variety, complexity, and a focus on engineering excellence.
Tech Environment
- React, TypeScript, Java, Python, Go, AWS.
What Youll Do
Build and deploy secure, scalable applications in cloud environments.
Collaborate in cross-functional agile teams, working closely with platform, data, and UX specialists.
Contribute to R&D initiatives, exploring new technologies and ways to improve delivery.
Operate in air-gapped, secure environments for DV-cleared projects.
Balance on-site collaboration with research or coding time from home.
Who You Are
2+ years commercial experience in software engineering.
Confident working across front-end and back-end stacks (React, TypeScript, Java, Go, or Python ideal).
Eligible and currently holding valid DV clearance (active within last 18 months).
Curious, pragmatic, and motivated by meaningful, mission-driven work.
