Software Engineer

Job Description

Located in Warsaw, Indiana, we are a growing software development consulting company. We are seeking self-motivated candidates that will work in a team environment to complete software projects internally or as requested by clients. Candidate will be tasked with analyzing, designing, implementing, testing and maintaining software solutions as a member of a team.

Qualifications

Honesty, Reliability and Punctuality
Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, software engineering or related field
General programming skills: Software design, Software debugging, Software documentation, Teamwork, and Information analysis
Great communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities and Duties

Adhere to software development policies, processes, and procedures
Evaluating code meets specifications and coding guidelines
Writing and maintaining unit and integration tests
Bench testing builds
Occasional field testing
Translate design docs and UI specs into high performance, reusable and reliable code
Perform gap analysis and estimate effort / time-frames
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Participate in continuous education (learning from and teaching other team members)
