The role is fully flexible with a whole range of ways of working. Although the majority of the team in this department work from home, getting face to face is something the client would value. If you prefer an office environment, there is a choice of 4 main hubs in London, Bristol, Manchester and Harwell that offer a great space to work
Responsibilities:
The role will involve working in a small team of developers on migrating and rebuilding one of clients biggest and high traffic websites, prospects.ac.uk, moving from a legacy to a new architecture using React/Typescript and next.js.
This role would suit talented Junior or mid level developers and we are hiring multiple candidates for this role
Core competency in:
React, ideally with Typescript
Azure, AWS or other cloud providers
Azure DevOps or other CI solutions
Experience with SQL (especially SQL server)
Jest
Experience of testing frameworks such as playwright/cypress or selenium
Experience with Java may also be beneficial but is not required
Salary and Benefits :
£30,000 to £55,000 per annum depending on experience
