Corel is looking for strong C++ developers who are motivated by technical challenges, eager to exercise excellent problem-solving skills, and enthusiastic about creating products that exceed the expectations of millions of users.
The ideal candidate is:
Deeply passionate about software development, programming, and computer graphics
Keen on advancing their knowledge
Highly focused on product quality with attention to detail
Able to work independently and with a team, with minimal direction and supervision
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
5+ years of experience with C++
Experience with C
Experience with x86/x64 Assembly Language
Experience with low-level Windows, GDI, Win32 and COM development
Experience with debugging techniques
Experience with Windows development environments (Visual Studio, etc.)
Ability to quickly understand and solve unique and undocumented programming problems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to work in a team environment and successfully build collaborative relationships
Assets, nice to have:
Experience and working knowledge of agile development practices
Knowledge of Delphi, Perl, Python, Batch scripting
Knowledge of C# and other .NET languages
Knowledge of Git and source code management
