Are you passionate about shaping the performance and efficiency of tomorrows electrified vehicles? We're looking for a senior system engineer to lead evaluations of fuel economy, drivability, acceleration, and towing capability through cutting-edge modeling and real-world data analysis.
In this highly technical and collaborative role, youll be responsible for analyzing propulsion architectures, supporting performance targets, and guiding vehicle teams in achieving optimal system-level outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate fuel economy, acceleration, drivability, and emissions for EV and hybrid platforms
Perform system modeling and data analysis to validate performance metrics
Influence architecture decisions based on simulation and test results
Collaborate across engineering functions to support system integration and optimization
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Electrical, Mechatronics, or related engineering field
5+ years of engineering experience (automotive or electrification preferred)
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Knowledge of electrical component manufacturing and quality processes
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally
Preferred Qualifications:
Masters in Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering
Component release and validation experience
Familiarity with Teamcenter, NX, and EV propulsion systems
DFSS Green/Black Belt certification
