SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR - HYBRID SCHEDULE (2 days onsite)

Key responsibilities:
Build a foundation of strong relationships with Infracore teammates and leadership as well as client end users.
Manage and administer clients IT infrastructure, including but not limited to Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, networking, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), service desk, and cybersecurity programs.
Serve as the highest escalation point-person for IT challenges to step-in, troubleshoot in support of desktop support and IT specialists, engage IT vendors (e.g., networking, storage, SaaS, cloud vendors) and VARs with confidence and take preventative measures.
Help architect and deploy Enterprise projects for storage, network, data back-up, end-point management and mobile device management, while proposing new enhancements and driving solutions using a cloud-first approach.
Executes the systems maintenance plan, ensuring repeated tasks such as monitoring backups, patching systems and performing test restores are being handled, while looking for ways to automate and simplify where possible.
Champions best practices for cybersecurity, by ensuring best practices including but not limited to MFA, least-privilege access, and Conditional Access are being followed.
Foundational understanding of the clients compliance landscape (whether SOX, HIPAA, CCPA or similar) and be able to speak to these standards, what data is protected, and how its controlled.
Assists in the technical development of team members by helping to onboard new hires and sharing technical knowledge.
Supports leadership with the IT Budget and IT Strategy for the following year by researching trends, identifying technical requirements and dependencies and replacing and upgrading existing systems.
Required Education, Skills and Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education, certifications and experience
5+ years of related work experience deploying and managing enterprise IT systems
Detailed understanding of Active Directory
Windows Server technologies including ability to configure and troubleshoot redundant DFS, NPS, DHCP, DNS, ADDS
Microsoft 365 product ecosystem including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive
Microsoft 365 security best practices, including Microsoft Secure Score and third-party configuration baselines
Azure AD, including synchronization methods, Enterprise Applications, SSO and Conditional Access configuration
Cybersecurity measures and best practices, such as multi-factor authentication, endpoint protection, SSL certificates, encryption & public key infrastructure (PKI)
Managing AWS and/or Azure including ability to design and implement redundant, scalable infrastructures and to perform premise-to-cloud/cloud-to-cloud migrations
TCP/IP networking, including the ability to capture and analyze packet data for troubleshooting purposes
Design complex and redundant networks with multiple sites, locations, subnets, WAN and VPN technologies
Working knowledge with at least one scripting language (PowerShell preferred)
Setting up physical servers including RAID configuration, firmware updates, OS/Hypervisor installation and rack/stack operations
SAN and Storage platforms including disk and SSD types, RAID types, connectivity options (iSCSI, Fiber Channel), data replication, LUN creation and masking, file vs. block storage
Enterprise backup software including performing backups and restores
Managing virtualization solutions (VMWare, Hyper-V)
Managing and implementing endpoint imaging solutions using tools such as WDS, Ghost, Acronis, System Center, including remote imaging solutions

California, Connecticut and Colorado applicants: This role pays $90,000 - $120,000 annually depending on experience (pay for other locations may vary).
