Essential Functions:
1.	Collaborate with TechOps staff to ensure smooth and reliable operation of software and systems for fulfilling business objectives and processes.
2.	Work with stakeholders to define business requirements and systems goals, and to identify and resolve business systems issues.
3.	Design and deploy new applications and enhancements to existing applications, software, and operating systems.
4.	Conduct research on software and systems products to justify recommendations and to support purchasing efforts.
5.	Interact and negotiate with vendors, outsourcers, and contractors to secure system-related products and services.
6.	Gauge the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems; develop and implement strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems.
7.	Propose and create system design models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to system programmer and development teams.
8.	Design and perform server and security audits, system backup procedures, and other recovery processes in accordance with the companys disaster recovery and business continuity strategies.
9.	Integrate servers, including database, e-mail, print, and backup servers and their associated software into enterprise systems.
10.	Ensure system connectivity of all servers, shared software, groupware, and other applications.
11.	Create and maintain documentation as it relates to system configuration, mapping, processes, and service records.
12.	Ensure compatibility and interoperability of in-house computing systems.
13.	Coordinate and perform in-depth tests, including end-user reviews, for modified and new systems.
14.	Monitor and test system performance; prepare and deliver system performance statistics and reports.
15.	Installing hardware and software
16.	Keeping systems operating efficiently by performing any necessary upgrades and repairs
17.	Planning a strategy to maintain system security on the computers and the network as a whole
18.	Assigning and updating security permissions for systems
19.	Training or directing users on the correct use of software and hardware within the system
20.	Performing problem-solving tasks when alerted by a user or monitoring system
Basic Requirements:
	University degree in Computer Science or a related subject
	5-7 years of proven hands-on System Administration experience
	Loves to build growing organizations
	US Citizen or Green Card
	Working experience with the following systems desired:
VM Ware: ESXI, VM Ware VDI, VMWare VSIX, V Center Server, VeloCloud
Citrix: NetScaler SD-WAN, XenApp - Citrix XenApp, XenDesktop, Ciscos Hyperflex
Microsoft: Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Exchange, Azure, Microsoft Active Directory
