Senior Solution Architect - ECommerce (Hybrid)

Job Description

Responsibilities:

The day-to-day responsibilities of the role include providing architectural leadership for the development of innovative solutions in the ecommerce and web content space, defining architecture for ecommerce and CMS using microservices, API-first, cloud-native and headless approaches, collaborating with business and technology leaders to determine MVP scope and solution design, leading the solution team and ensuring timely delivery of high-level architecture, evaluating and implementing new technology, ensuring compliance with non-functional requirements, working with product owners and other core platforms to drive product vision, providing technical leadership and mentoring, ensuring high quality throughout the process, and architecting digital consumer experiences based on enterprise technology.

Required Skills:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent, have 6+ years of software development experience including 3+ years in architecting customer-facing web applications.
Have strong communication skills,
Knowledgeable in object-oriented programming, relational databases, and integration,
Experience with API-first headless architecture in ecommerce or web content management,
Experience with cloud platforms like AWS.
Experience in ecommerce or web content management tools like SAP Commerce Cloud/Hybris, Oracle, Magento or AEM.
Experience coaching and mentoring technology talent.
