Job Summary:
We are in search of a highly skilled Senior React Native Developer with a minimum of 2 years of
experience in mobile application development using React Native. The ideal candidate will not only
possess extensive expertise in React Native but also demonstrate the ability to lead and mentor junior
developers. In this role, you will work on complex projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and
be responsible for optimizing application performance and user experience.

Responsibilities:
1. Lead the development and maintenance of top-tier mobile applications using React Native.
2. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and thoroughly test new features
and improvements.
3. Write clean, maintainable, and highly efficient code that adheres to industry best practices.
4. Take the lead in troubleshooting and debugging issues, ensuring timely resolution.
5. Conduct and participate in code reviews to uphold code quality standards.
6. Implement advanced optimization techniques to enhance application performance and user
satisfaction.
7. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends and provide guidance on their
adoption within the team.

Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 2 years of hands-on relevant experience in developing mobile applications using React
Native.
2. Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and React Native CLI.
3. Strong familiarity with RESTful web services and API integration.
4. Expertise in version control tools such as Git.
5. Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proven ability to tackle complex challenges.
6. Outstanding communication and collaboration skills to effectively work within a team and mentor
junior developers.
7. Extensive experience working with native modules, leveraging Native APIs for seamless integration on
both Android and iOS platforms.
8. Proficiency in state management using Redux.
9. Demonstrated expertise in integrating third-party services such as AWS S3, REST APIs, and other
external resources
