Senior Product Designer
Job Description
We are a small fully remote team of brand & product designers. We want to stay small and focus on delivering the highest quality of projects in the market. We work with a wide range of companies from early stage start-ups to enterprise.
About us:
Focus is on product design working with tech companies on their products (web and mobile), we also do websites (80/20 split);
We strive for the highest quality instead of quantity;
We hand pick the projects that we want to work on so dont expect to work on boring projects.
Approach:
We dont believe that one solution fits all so we change and evolve based on the project that we are working on and the client that we are dealing with;
We are structured and well organised but we dont follow processes for the sake of processes. We learn, reassess and adapt constantly;
We dont know what we dont know and we start each day with and open mind.
The role:
You will get the chance to work on amazing projects end-to-end from UX to UI with the support of brand, graphic designers, motion designer and a webflow developer so that the final outcome can be nothing short of award-winning.
We are looking for a highly motivated, independent, problem-solver, flexible, open minded designer that is open to dialogue and feedback.
Tools:
You must be a Figma ninja and be open and ready to jump and keep on learning, adapting and change. Figma covers 95% of our design needs. Youll need to have the same level as a Figma teacher We will support you along the journey.
