Summary
We are looking for a reliable hard-working person willing to join our dynamic team. Component One Studio is an extensive, flexible collection of performants, extensible .NET UI controls for mobile, web, and desktop. It also includes JavaScript controls with Wijmo Enterprise, Web API and .NET Standard Service Components.
The successful candidate will be curious, analytical, innovative, and autonomous with a technical background and experience in Software Development.

Key Responsibilities
1. Software Development:
o Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software components and control authoring solutions using .NET technologies.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
o Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while following best practices and company coding standards.
2. Technical Leadership:
o Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, sharing knowledge and promoting best practices.
o Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and consistency.
o Stay up to date with the latest .NET developments and technologies, sharing insights and recommendations with the team.
3. Problem Solving and Optimization:
o Identify and address performance bottlenecks and software issues.
o Analyze and optimize code for efficiency and scalability.
o Troubleshoot and debug complex technical problems as they arise.
4. Collaboration and Communication:
o Collaborate closely with technical leads, designers, QAs, and other teams to ensure alignment with project goals and user requirements.
o Communicate technical concepts and solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
o Express technical concepts and solutions clearly and effectively in English, both in written and verbal communication.
5. Documentation and Best Practices:
o Document software design, architecture, and development processes.
o Champion and enforce coding standards and best practices within the development team.
o Contribute to the development of technical documentation for end-users and developers.
To be successful in this role you have:
Basic Qualifications:
6+ years of experience in .NET and SQL Server.
Experience in requirements analysis, task prioritization, specification writing
Experience in developing class architecture, clear and concise API.
Ability to find performance problems and memory leaks.
Experience in organizing teamwork.
Experience in release management - making plans, estimating time, tracking progress and problems.
Language skills:
Very good command of the English language (written and spoken).
Knowledge of any other language would be an asset.
Other interpersonal Skills:
Should be a quick learner of technologies and always open to feedback.
Possess a high standard of ethical conduct.
Attention to detail and an uncompromising striving for quality.
