The senior developer is a tech lead, showing other developers the way on complex projects, across technology stacks, frontend, backend, and infrastructure. The successful candidate will dive into projects that need extra experience, break down the hardest problems and guide less experienced devs in solving them, and help fill gaps when the life side of work-life balance comes up for our teammates.

Responsibilities:
- Providing leadership across multiple software projects
- Solving architectural problems, and developing & maintaining production code
- Coaching, reviewing developer work, and improving processes & code quality across the team
- Selecting technology across multiple projects
- Tackling problems where the approach is unknown or vague
- Generating new ideas that provide business value
- Planning for technical challenges six- to twelve-months out
- Participating in or leading technical interviews
