Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Software Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in the design, development, and maintenance of our industry-leading EV charging software platform. As a senior member of our software engineering team, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality software solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of robust, scalable, and maintainable full stack software solutions for EV charging infrastructure.
- Work closely with product management and UX/UI design teams to translate requirements into technical specifications and user-friendly interfaces.
- Architect and develop backend services, APIs, and databases to support the functionality of our EV charging software platform.
- Design and implement front-end components and user interfaces using modern web technologies such as React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Collaborate with QA engineers to ensure the quality, performance, and security of software applications through automated testing and code reviews.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in full stack development, EV charging, and sustainable transportation.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 4+ years of professional experience in full stack software development, with a focus on building scalable web applications.
- Proficiency in modern programming languages such as JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Java, or similar.
- Extensive experience with front-end frameworks/libraries such as React.js, Node.js, and proficiency in Java / JavaScript.
- Strong understanding of backend development concepts, including RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and database design (SQL and NoSQL).
- Experience with cloud platforms, ideally AWS.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the electric vehicle (EV) industry or related fields.
- Familiarity with IoT technologies and protocols.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD).
- Contributions to open-source projects or active participation in tech communities.
