Senior Flutter Developer wanted (remote)

To support the MVP development of a Health Care Application for a startup based in Berlin,
Germany, we are seeking a Senior Flutter Developer. You will work independently within defined
project goals, scope, and timelines.

Responsibilities and Requirements

Experience and Projects
Minimum of 3 years of full-time, hands-on Flutter development experience.
Proven track record of independently delivering work packages in at least three completed Flutter
projects, with distinct roles and responsibilities.

Technical Skills
Expertise in quickly and accurately translating Figma designs into Flutter, utilizing standardized UI
components (e.g., menus, buttons, toast notifications) while adhering to design systems like Material
Design or Cupertino.
In-depth experience with state management solutions such as BLoC, Provider, Riverpod, or similar
approaches.
Ability to rapidly develop and set up simple backend servers (e.g., using Firebase, Node.js, or
comparable technologies) for prototyping and basic use cases.
Demonstrated experience in compiling and deploying Flutter apps for Android and iOS, including
identifying and resolving platform-specific differences.
Proficiency in writing and implementing unit, widget, and integration tests in Flutter.
Strong knowledge of version control systems like Git and familiarity with CI/CD processes.
Experience with Large Language Models (e.g., for coding, documentation, or quality assurance) is a
plus.

Soft Skills and Work Approach
Ability to independently analyze new topics, features, or frameworks in the context of Flutter,
conduct testing, and provide structured reports on pros and cons relative to project goals.
Capability to document work in a clear, structured manner that is easily understandable to other team
members.
Strong collaboration skills, positive and proactive communication style.
