Senior Finance Programmer Analyst - Hybrid Role

Job Description

Position Summary:
The Senior Business Systems Analyst(Senior Finance Programmer Analyst) will be responsible for leading various analysis and programming projects within the IT application department. They will utilize their extensive knowledge in business analysis and financial reporting to run problem-solving initiatives and resolve complex issues. This may include integrating enterprise-wide systems with Aderant, addressing bugs, implementing new features, and creating documentation for processes, workflows, and requirements. They will recommend and potentially select methods and techniques to achieve results and work closely with teams across the company to optimize the applications' alignment with business needs, specifically financial reports from CMS/Aderant, as well as support a variety of financial processes. Strong interpersonal skills will be necessary to gather requirements and support programs, including formulating strategies and overseeing policies and resources.
