Senior DevOps Engineer
Job Description
For our client, an international software development house, we are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer.
ONLY THE TAX RESIDENTS OF COLOMBIA ARE ELIGIBLE TO APPLY
The type of work: Fully remote (from any city in Colombia).
The contract type: Permanent employment
You will be working in a team on one of the clients' projects, estimating and planning work together with your team, perform day-to-day enhancements and maintenance to the project's infrastructure, scaling it when necessary. You'll also provide continuous support to the development teams, automating their work and ensuring stability of the services.
Who we look for:
* At least 3 years of experience in AWS infrastructure
* Knowledge of either of Terraform / Bash script / Phyton
* Experience in managing the cloud infrastructure
* Experience in Kubernetes, Docker
* Experience in Jenkins
* Fluency in English, both spoken and written (at least B2 level)
It would be great if you also know any of:
* Linux (Amazon Linux2, CoreOS, Ubuntu, CentOS)
* Cassandra
* Kafka
* PostgreSQL
* ElasticSearch
* Nginx
* Ruby, Java, and GoLang (to understand developers code better)
* Vault
* Spark
