Your Tasks / Essential Functions:

The SAP Consultant Production Planning (PP) will be responsible for defining and evaluating existing business processes and the developing, optimizing and implementation of new process flows, the transfer and configuration of these processes into SAP functionality, user support, production issues, training and documentation across the entire SAP Suite. Main emphasis is production planning. Knowledge in the related areas of warehouse management and logistics is an advantage.

In detail:
Work with user community/business process owners to understand and help document new requirements.
Assist in all aspects of Project Management and willing to take on SAP projects independently.
Ability to work with a diverse and integrated team consisting of application developers, technical business users and business analysts.
Consulting of the departments regarding SAP ERP module PP
Responsible for SAP support (1st and 2nd level) and production issues.
Responsible for SAP configuration for assigned functional area.
End-User support in the areas of Production and willing to travel.
Responsible for the documentation updates of existing and new SAP Applications
SAP System testing & documentation to support change management.

Your profil::
Bachelor's degree in (Business-) Computer Science or in an Engineering-related field or a comparable qualification is required.
5+ years of hands-on relevant SAP-ERP system experience in Module PP is required. Additional SAP experience preferred in min. one of the following modules (PM, WM, SD/LE).
Candidate must have ability to learn quickly.
Candidate must be proactive and able to work independently.
Experience within an international (complex) industrial group is beneficial.
Forward-Thinking and target oriented behavior.
Fluent business English (written and verbal).
