SAP BASIS Consultant

Job Description

You'll play an important role in:
Primary technical contact for a customer.
Custodian for SAP System Architecture for the customer
Strong troubleshooting skills with proven ability to analyze and determine root cause and provide resolution for complex issues
Responsible to manage SAP Business Continuity Planning, Disaster Recovery.
Provident of the customer landscape and related technical requirements by coordinating responsible experts, triggering of needed actions and driving technical decision making with the technical teams.
Responsible for the contractually compliant delivery of services for the system.
To succeed in the role, you:
have 5+ years of SAP Basis Administration/project experience
have a bachelor's degree or higher and/or very strong technical skills within several SAP technologies.
have excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills, demonstrated customer-interaction skills, and teamwork competences
are independent and self-driven, but more importantly also a team player
have experience with ITIL Foundation or an equivalent ITIL experience process while working in an ITSM tool.
Excellent written and verbal communication
