Job Title: Salesforce Developer and Administrator

Job Description:

We are looking for a versatile individual who can handle both Salesforce development and administration responsibilities to join our team as a Salesforce Developer and Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and maintaining Salesforce solutions to support our business needs. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, architect solutions, and ensure the smooth functioning of our Salesforce environment.

Responsibilities:

Salesforce Development:
Design and develop custom solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other technologies.
Customize Salesforce features such as custom objects, fields, workflows, process builder, validation rules, and security settings.
Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, and third-party tools.
Follow best practices for Salesforce development, including coding standards, version control, testing, and documentation.
Perform unit testing, system testing, and integration testing to ensure the quality and stability of Salesforce solutions.
Salesforce Administration:
Configure and maintain Salesforce to support our business processes, including user management, security settings, and data management.
Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales, marketing, and operational metrics.
Manage user roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing settings to ensure data security and access control.
Provide training and support to end-users on Salesforce functionality, best practices, and troubleshooting.
Serve as the primary point of contact for user inquiries, issues, and escalations related to Salesforce.
Stay current on Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices to continuously optimize our Salesforce environment.
