Growth Initiatives Product Manager (
Role Overview: The Product Manager has a deep knowledge of the iSeatz Customer, data, business, market and industry to conceive and release products. The Product Manager is the key collaborator with Product Marketing, Architecture, Development and Delivery.
- Manages the long-term roadmap, involving Commercial, marketing, clients, prospects and partners (informed by Product Marketing research, existing customer data e.g. BI, Adobe, etc.)
- Collaborate with Product Marketing to produce competitive and market intelligence
- Creation of business cases (containing high-level requirements, t-shirt sizing (+/- %), multiplier, initial pricing, business value, success metrics/KPIs) coordinating with architects for major releases and enhancement requests
- Lead/capture technical requirements into epics, user stories, and and drive discussions with delivery team
- Evaluate supplier API specifications to inform business/functional requirement and user experience
- Lead planning sessions with project stakeholder to communicate vision, business value, target market and personas
- Prioritization of backlog based on business objectives
- Documents story details based on the epics after reviewing with development at a POD level
- Answer questions from developers and clarify requirements
-Own changes and maintain health of the product backlog to ensure it remains current and aligned with business objectives and priorities
- Responsible for accepting User Stories completed by the Delivery team that are ready for production
- Documents the new feature for implementations and release notes
- Demonstrate the latest iterations to internal and external stakeholders/customers (pre-release) and gathers feedback
- Collaborates with Project Manager to escalate risks where scope and timelines are impacted
- Supports non-technical teams (such as sales and marketing) to answer Product related questions
- Owns the feedback/decision from customers, prospects, early adopter programs
- Serves as the Product advocate/expert across the company
- Monitoring funnel success
