Job Description
Must have requirements:
	Strong communication and social intelligence
	Interest in psychology and methodological approaches in HR & Recruiting
	Self-organization, self-driven and structured way of working
	Positive attitude and solution-oriented approach
	Ability to work in a team, communication skills, commitment and reliability as well as fun in dealing with people and technologies
	Interest in creative work for HR campaigns in the form of copywriting & video generation for content creation.
	Initial experience in recruitment across the entire life cycle from sourcing to hiring
	High IT affinity in a business context and interest in learning modern technologies and technical skills
	Quick comprehension of requirement profiles and data
	Experience in high volume recruiting and market research
	Openness to new ways of finding candidates
	Very good English skills (C1)
	Native in Polish, Russian or Ukrainian
Nice to have requirements:
	German language skills advantageous

Responsibilities:
As a Recruiting Professional, you and your team are responsible for all recruiting and talent acquisition tasks at INKUBIT. Together with our operational units, you develop the necessary search profiles and identify the appropriate candidates. To do this, you use the latest IT technologies and processes in recruiting and make a fundamental contribution to the company's growth. You are responsible for building long-term candidate relationships and creating an extensive network of potential candidates (talent pool). Furthermore, you are responsible for the development of individual and target group-specific recruiting and sourcing strategies as well as the continuous optimization of our recruiting and sourcing processes. You will drive the topic of social media reach via various social networks (LinkedIn, Xing, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) in the form of campaign planning and control as well as content distribution in order to increase the market awareness of potential candidates for INKUBIT. In cooperation with the marketing department, you will create and develop relevant recruiting marketing assets and be responsible for the distribution of these materials across all relevant channels (social media, website, online webinars & offline events).
