Must have prior experience in DialogFlow, DialogFlow is CCAI product and you can also refer to that as CCAI-DialogFlow. Hand on experience is must.

Looking for a team leader who can audit the pod's QA processes and perform root cause analyses
Hands-on, can provide testing reports, status reports, provide updates to leadership and lift up the entire team through demonstrated leadership and management skills
