*Hands-on experience in QA, a minimum of 4+ years of experience
*Experience on Automation and Manual
*Good Communication Skills
*Proven track record of managing processes from key stakeholders that drive performance and achieve KPIs
*Highly detailed-oriented and organized
*Experience managing ticketing processes and QA for marketing communications
