With a permanent wish to improve our client services, we made it simpler.

We are offering full account management for Airbnb.com hosts.

We need customer support specialists that can handle administrative tasks and account management (for Booking.com hosts).

The position is defined as Property Manager.

The requirements for the applicant include strong attention to details, college degree, access to email and knowledge of use a device (computer or phone), basic software tools (Microsoft Office - Word & Excel).

We need fast, accurate and specialized members. It is mandatory to pass a short trial test / finish a task, that could last between 2-4 hours, with the possibility of extension to up to 1 week, if the candidate is involved in other projects, or not available to start immediately.

Please note that the job duration is from 1 month to ongoing / undefined, between 10-30 hours per week (4-8 hours per day).

Candidates will have to manage the related tasks, till completion. Therefore the listing should be online, for us to be able to review it.

Payment, working hours & terms

Level I - Property Manager (inserting data): £18-£23 / hour*
Level II - Property Manager (checking and reviewing documents for accuracy and completion): £23-£38 / hour
Level III - Property Manager (reviewing your team progress, delete unnecessary data, do necessary modifies): £38-£43 / hour

Level I - Property Manager (inserting data): 20-40 hours / week*
Level II - Property Manager (checking and reviewing documents for accuracy and completion): 20-40 hours / week
Level III - Property Manager (reviewing your team progress, delete unnecessary data, do necessary modifies): 20-40 hours / week

*training period is paid.

Responsibilities

Gathering data from one source (Google Drive) to enter into document management (databases or partner websites by case)
Checking and reviewing documents for accuracy and completion
Attaching supporting files to the document management
Searching for additional information for documents that are incomplete
Verifying, correct, and delete unnecessary data, or combine data

- proof of current address: water bill, electricity bill, gas bill or internet bill onto your name
- preferred payment method: PayPal, Bank Transfer or modern payments.
