Job Description

Iota Impact is looking for a Project Manager.

Maximize the happiness of our consumers, clients and collaborators.

Compensation: USD 16,7K/month.

Location: Remote (for Puerto Rico and USA residents).

Skills: 7+ years of experience required in consulting and market research.

Responsibilities and more:

Clarify and align the project's objectives, deliverables, and scope based on the client's needs and expectations.
Design a detailed project plan that includes timelines, required resources, activities, and phases, ensuring a clear structure to follow.
Assign activities, supervise the work team, and manage other resources necessary for the completion of the project.
Identify methodologies and tools during project development to enhance team collaboration and recommendation development.
Structure documents and deliverables and oversee this development with the project team.
Lead interviews, workshops, and/or working sessions with the client.
Regularly monitor the project's progress to ensure it stays on track, adjusting the plan as necessary.
Keep all stakeholders informed of progress, challenges, and proposed solutions, acting as a direct liaison between the client, project team, and consulting firm.
Ensure that analyzes and work respond effectively to identified issues and meet expected quality.
Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks that could affect the successful execution of the project.
Address and resolve challenges or conflicts arising during project execution, and escalate them when necessary.
Manage client interaction and foster lasting, long-term relationships.
