Job Description

Mayvue is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator project coordinator to join our team. As a company, we are in a unique position. Responsibilities:

Drives communication with project stakeholders to effectively communicate project expectations and status in a timely

Develops and delivers progress reports

Publish meeting agendas, take meeting minutes, track risks and issues

Assist with the tracking of business and technical deliverables and keeping the project plan up to date

Assist in designing and controlling the project schedule.

Preparing presentations to update management on the projects progress and showcase the projects value.

Tracking and communicating project risks and opportunities.

Looking for ways to increase the projects profitability and reduce expenses where possible.

Organizing and attending stakeholder meetings.

Calendar and plan logistics for meetings and workshops

Facilitate project meetings and collaboration with Scrum Teams and stakeholders

Skills:

One or more years of project management experience

Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook).

Knowledge of CRM and project management software is preferred.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Understanding of the SDLC and Agile software development.

PM certification a plus (CAPM, PMP, Agile, etc.)
