Job Description
Here is an amazing opportunity for a talented and visionary Product Manager to join Out There Medias international team with the aim to grow OTMs technology platform Mobucks. The Product Manager drives Mobucks roadmap, by defining and prioritizing new product features, modules, and market expansions in line with the companys strategy.
We're looking for a motivated and driven Senior Product Manager who will help us drive our Product to the next level, and have the most direct influence on its success. As a Product Manager together with the team of Data and Software Engineers, you will drive the Mobucks Product growth end-to-end by defining and safeguarding its roadmap, its vision, and its long-term strategy.
About the Role
This is a cross-functional role; You will need to work closely with engineering, design and finance, as well as business and delivery teams. You will come up with a clear product roadmap, product specifications, PRDs, MRDs, translate those into technical requirements, write themes, Epics, user stories, user acceptance criteria and finally work closely and guide the development team to implement all the changes by prioritizing features and requests.
The responsibilities of the role include:
	Lead the Mobucks product vision and strategy
	Partner with your key stakeholders to analyse and prioritize business requirements
	Transform ideas and wishes into a structured yet agile development agenda
	Own, prioritize and refine the product backlog, in line with your strategic vision
	Together with the technical team design, implement and optimize the product & its services
	Coordinate the day to day work of your tech team, translating business requirements into user stories and managing your team's capacity
	Create and maintain a good understanding of emerging technologies and align the roadmap with the product backlog and vice versa.
	Collaborate closely with other stakeholders in cross-team initiatives
Qualifications
-	BS degree in Business, Engineering, or a related technical field
-	5+ years of relevant work experience as a Product Manager in the AdTech/MarTech space or proven track record of successfully delivering digital products within big enterprises
-	Understanding of the mobile advertising market, competition landscape, and industry trends
-	Experience with DSP and SSP platforms is strongly valued
-	Proven knowledge of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum
-	Strong passion for creating innovative products
-	Knowledge of analyzing and interpreting raw and processed data
-	Knowledge of effectively running and interpreting results of experiments. Familiarity with different testing techniques and experience with A/B testing is strongly valued
-	Excellent communication and interpersonal skills an influencer, comfortable presenting ideas to other teams/roles with strong business judgment.
