Working with a team of experienced Product Managers and Product Marketing Managers, across multiple products, the Product Manager is a critical role in the overall success of the Product teams. Reporting to the Senior Director of Products for Graphics and Productivity, this role is responsible for driving the success of initiatives, processes and functionality that impact Corels product portfolio.

Responsibilities include:

Assist management with the development of the product strategy, and drive the lifecycle and release cycle for the products managed by the Product Manager
Work closely with the Product Marketing and R&D teams to drive the implementation and adoption of common platforms, tools, best practices and process optimizations
Work with the User Experience team, as well as with sales and key customers to define the product roadmap, and communicate this roadmap internally to ensure that new versions are meeting the needs of our target markets
Champion cross-functional relationships with software development, marketing, support, finance, legal and sales teams around the world, helping everyone align behind the products, key benefits and target customers
Drive competitive analysis, product usage data analysis, userbase surveys and research, identify industry trends and relevant standards and industry bodies
Integrate customer and market insights into product development and marketing plans
Identify, negotiate and nurture strong partnerships with third-party partners
Provide leadership, support and guidance to cross-functional teams involved in the launch cycle as well as full product lifecycle
Support the Head of Products with specific projects, presentations and research
Ensure a strong and robust communication process between all managers and staff within the cross-functional areas as needed by leading communications sessions and meetings with managers and ensuring the appropriate dissemination of information to support staff

The ideal Product Manager will need the following skills:

Ability to coordinate multiple projects across multiple products at the same time in super-organized fashion
Strong people leadership skills and experience, leading cross-functional and diverse teams
Data-driven approach, and extremely customer-driven
Experience with product analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude
Ability to work with a diverse team spread across the US, Canada, Europe and Asia. Flexibility to collaborate regularly with relevant time zones
Ability to pivot in a fast-paced and dynamic workplace
Strong interpersonal communication skills. Excellent writing skills
Entrepreneurial spirit with a fierce desire to drive results and experiment with new ideas
Experience managing projects comprised of a wide range of components, including third-parties, cross-teams and cross-products, delivering these with high-quality, on time and on budget
Qualifications:

2-4 years relevant experience in Project Management and/or Product Management, ideally in Small & Medium Business or Enterprise software space
University Degree in Marketing, Communications or Business, or relevant combination of degree and experience
