About the Product Manager Software Delivery Role

In this role you will help to manage the software development of product, working closely with
the CPO, development team, stake holders and internal advisors to bring the product from
Prototype through its Production release. Teams are committed to running
Agile.
We operate with small teams of initiative-taking and experienced engineers and product
professionals. You will need a full understanding of Agile, Software Development and
Compliance and/or Fintech to be successful and help the teams. A suitable candidate will have
an exceptional understanding of what it takes to build and ship software at scale, customer
management, product, and a deep desire to learn every day.
Responsibilities
This role will report to the CPO where you will lead product maintenance, enhancements, new
products, and day-to-day growth including:
Product Delivery
Use Agile methodology to help define the features, understand user
requirements/feedback and customer usage, iterate and enhance products
Work with customer-facing teams during sales cycles, implementation, training, and
maintenance
Facilitate product backlog grooming as a member of the software scrum team
Define and document product user stories to enable technical design, development,
and testing
Participate in design reviews to ensure that new workflows and features are
communicated through the appropriate level of wire frames
Participate in scrum team Agile ceremonies, including daily-stand ups, sprint
planning, and retrospectives
Product Life Cycles and Support
Perform product validation throughout the development cycle, to ensure alignment
with functional requirements.
Maintain close communications with internal advisors and CPO so that product
functionality aligns with user and stakeholder expectations
Represent and support the product as the ongoing subject matter expert
Facilitate bug and enhancement reviews to ensure ongoing quality user experience
Work closely with DevOps and QA/QE to develop an ongoing approach for
measuring the success of newly implemented experience enhancements, to enable
well-informed future product planning
Desirable Skills, Knowledge, and Experience
2+ years of experience in product management or solutions engineering
Experience working on software development in the FinTech or Compliance space
Working in an agile technology delivery program
Product backlog management, including feature definition, requirements, prioritization
and sprint planning
Close partnership with a software team
Stakeholder engagement and relationship building
Demonstrated ability to lead, drive consensus and deliver in an organization with
multiple stakeholders
Excellent analytical, written and oral communication skills, and be able to explain
complex concepts both concisely and simply
Exceptional empathy, curiosity, attention to detail, and problem solving abilities
Equivalent combination of education and experience
