Job Description
Oracle R/12 Functional Consultant to effectively deliver/implement Tax Transformation Projects
· Must have 3-5 years of experience as Oracle Apps Functional Consultant in Design, Development, implementations and customization
· Preferred to have experience in Country India version: TCS / TDS / GST
· Extensive experience in P2P & O2C cycle, India Localization.
· Collect and analyze business requirements for Oracle financial projects.
· Provide suggestions to customize Oracle applications for optimal performance.
· Resolve technical and operational problems in a timely fashion.
· Respond to customer queries and concerns promptly.
· Identify functional gaps and provide corrective actions.
· Ensure that project deliverables meet customer specifications.
· Support project team in developing reports, tables, fields, data interfaces and application extensions.
· Develop testing scenarios and write test scripts.
· Extensive experience in creating MD50, MD70 documents
· Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills including effective ability to handle client facing roles
· Ability to manage multiple clients/projects
· Team player proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment.
· Ability to work individually & and as a team member
· Strong understanding of business processes and effective analytical skills
· Knowledge in Oracle Fusion will be value added
Additional Desired Skills
Previous experience with consulting Firms /Top IT Companies
Must be BE /BSC/MCA (IT)
Selection Process
The candidate would undergo 2 - 3 interview rounds (HR and Technical)
