The .NET Full Stack Architect will lead the design and development of enterprise-grade solutions using the Microsoft technology stack. This role requires hands-on expertise across .NET technologies, front-end frameworks (React/Angular), cloud-native application design on Azure, and modern DevOps practices. The ideal candidate must possess strong communication and leadership skills, as they will interface with senior customer stakeholders and guide development teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, and front-end frameworks.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define solution architecture, technical design, and implementation roadmaps.
Lead development teams across the full stack, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and design patterns.
Drive cloud modernization initiatives leveraging Azure App Services, Azure Functions, API Management, and Azure DevOps.
Review and refine codebase, ensuring code quality, performance, and maintainability.
Guide adoption of CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, and environment automation.
Mentor developers, perform code reviews, and foster technical excellence across the team.
Communicate effectively with high-profile clients, presenting architecture decisions and resolving concerns.
Ensure alignment of technical solutions with business goals, scalability, and future-proof design.

Required Qualifications (mandatory requirements):
10+ years of experience in enterprise application development with strong background in .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, C#, and Web API.
Front-end expertise in React.js and/or Angular with solid understanding of modern JavaScript practices.
In-depth understanding of data structures, design patterns, and software architecture principles.
Proven experience with Azure cloud platform, especially App Modernization, Azure App Services, Azure Functions, and API Management.
Strong hands-on experience with DevOps tools and processes including Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD, Docker, and automated testing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to engage with senior stakeholders and lead discussions.
Strong leadership skills, with experience guiding cross-functional technical teams.
Experience in Agile delivery environments.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.

Preferred Qualifications (nice-to-haves):
Familiarity with Navitaire platforms and systems, particularly in the context of airline reservation, ticketing, and travel operations.
