ML infrastructure and Research engineer

Job Description

We're looking for an exceptional Machine Learning Infrastructure Engineer who has scaled ML systems to 1M + users, has worked on large systems but executes like a startup, fast, ships and iterates. The succesful candidate will join a small frinendly team that is building a product that makes deploying Machine Learning as simple as an API similar to what Stripe did for the payments world

Core requirements :

Previously scaled ML systems to 1M + users
Willing to go deep in research & development
Extensive knowledge in how backend systems work
Must be a top school graduate and has experience working in a big tech or high growth start-up
Must have experience putting complex systems into production

We are looking for someone who :

can take a large goals and break them down into shippable MVPs (minimum viable products)
they believe shipping something good enough is 100x better than not shipping something
have a bias to action and obsession with growth and momentum, always want harder/better/faster/stronger
are willing to challenge ideas and own decisions without needing permission
naturally shoot for the summit with ambitious goal setting
have autonomy + agency to figure out how they work best
enjoy the human side of things, and appreciate that behind any code, system, or decision are humans that deserve empathy.
