About the Role
Our client, an innovative AI finance startup, is seeking a Member of Technical Staff to join its Product
Engineering team. This role is ideal for engineers with experience building products in Series AD
startup environments, where ownership, speed, and innovation are essential.
You'll partner closely with product, engineering, and customers to build scalable full-stack applications,
solve complex technical challenges, and create next-generation AI-powered software. This is a
high-impact opportunity to own products from concept through deployment while helping shape the
future of AI-driven technology.
Responsibilities
Own product initiatives from concept through deployment.
Design, develop, and maintain scalable front-end, back-end, and API systems.
Build modern full-stack applications using industry best practices.
Collaborate directly with customers to gather feedback and improve product experiences.
Develop AI-powered software solutions using modern technologies.
Work closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced startup environment.
Take ownership of product direction and contribute to engineering decisions.
Mentor junior engineers and promote engineering best practices.
Requirements
310 years of full-stack software engineering experience.
Proven experience building products from 0 to 1.
Experience working at a Series AD startup is strongly preferred.
Strong expertise in at least one modern full-stack programming language.
Experience designing and building scalable front-end, back-end, and API systems.
Strong understanding of software architecture and distributed systems.
Experience working directly with customers to gather feedback and improve products.
Strong product engineering mindset with excellent product instincts.
Experience building AI or Large Language Model (LLM) powered applications is highly preferred.
A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field is
preferred.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
Strong ownership mentality with a passion for building innovative products.
Experience mentoring engineers or collaborating across cross-functional teams is a plus.
