Position: ServiceNow VR Developer
Location: Jersey City, NJ
Employment Type: W2 Only

Required Skills & Experience:
59 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
2+ years of experience implementing ServiceNow Vulnerability Response (VR) module
Experience configuring and customizing ServiceNow VR for vulnerability identification, prioritization, remediation, and reporting
Strong experience with workflows, business rules, client scripts, and VR lifecycle integrations
Experience integrating vulnerability scanners such as Qualys, Tenable, Rapid7, Prisma Cloud, etc.
Strong knowledge of CMDB, Discovery, and ITSM processes
Experience with MID Servers, data sources, and API integrations
Hands-on experience with JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and REST/SOAP integrations
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) preferred

Key Responsibilities:
Configure and customize the ServiceNow Vulnerability Response module
Design and implement workflows, business rules, and automation solutions
Integrate VR with external vulnerability scanning tools and CMDB
Configure MID Servers and API connections for vulnerability data ingestion
Develop remediation tracking and exception management processes
Create dashboards, reports, and Performance Analytics for vulnerability KPIs and trends
