Parsons seeks to hire a TS/SCI cleared Lead Web Developer and Project Manager to lead a team in the operation and sustainment of a web portal, services, and databases deployed into an Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure. The Lead Web Developer/ Project Manager will work closely with the existing program team to implement project functional needs and collaborate on design ideas, improvements and issues. This role is responsible for both managing and being hands on with day-to-day operations and maintenance of the code base, resolving trouble tickets, and collaborating with other contractor colleagues to ensure that program is meeting government needs.

This program assists our government customer in managing vendors for their IT Enterprise task orders. The program provides an online web portal for vendors working with our government customer to access information from and provide information regarding the work they are performing in support of the program. This web portal also allows leadership to centralize, access, and manage that information to understand the breadth of work being performed to support the enterprise.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Must have 10+ years of technical experience.

Active TS/SCI security clearance.

Experience leading small teams in an Agile development environment.

Demonstrated understanding of project management processes, strategies and methods.

Senior level experience with .NET C# or similar object oriented language.

Extensive experience using CSS, Bootstrap and HTML5.

Must be able to quickly understand requirements for business applications and procedures.

Experience deploying solutions in Amazon Web Services (AWS).

Desired Skills:
Experience with a financial management application is a plus.

Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or related field preferred.
