About the Role:

We are seeking a talented Lead UI/UX Designer to take ownership of the user experience and interface design for our mobile and web applications. You will collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to create innovative, user-centric, and visually stunning designs that elevate the digital experience for millions of users.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end design for mobile and web applications with a strong focus on visual impact and usability.

Create mood boards, high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and animations to communicate design direction effectively.

Build and maintain cohesive design systems and reusable UI components.

Ensure brand consistency and a unified design language across all digital touchpoints.

Translate complex concepts into intuitive, elegant, and engaging interfaces.

Iterate rapidly on designs based on feedback from users and stakeholders.

Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams for seamless design implementation.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional design quality and meeting deadlines.

Required Qualifications / Skills:

Mandatory (Background): Must be from Top Design Institutes (e.g., NID, MIT Institute of Design, IDC, Srishti, etc.) OR from a Top-tier B2C product company with a proven, high-quality mobile app design portfolio.

58 years of experience in UI/UX design for consumer-focused mobile applications.

Strong expertise in UI and UX principles, including visual hierarchy, interaction design, and user flow optimization.

Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Experience in data visualization and mobile-first design thinking.

Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.

Strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple design initiatives simultaneously.

An impressive online portfolio showcasing creativity, clarity, and impact.

Preferred Skills / Nice-to-Have:

Experience leading or mentoring design teams.

Familiarity with motion design, micro-interactions, or animation tools.

Understanding of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JS) to collaborate effectively with developers.

Experience designing for wearables, IoT, or connected devices.
