Lead AI Architect
Job Description
We are looking for a Founding Engineer to lead the end-to-end development of a next-generation SaaS platform powered by AI, designed to transform how recruitment and internal operations are managed.
This is a hands-on and strategic role, ideal for someone who enjoys building from scratch, defining architecture, and using AI as real leverage to accelerate development. Youll work directly with senior leadership to design and deliver a scalable, secure, and high-impact product.
What youll do
Architect and develop the full-stack foundation (Node.js, Python, Postgres, React/Next.js).
Design cloud-agnostic, modular systems optimized for speed and scalability.
Integrate AI agents and automation into core product workflows.
Ensure reliability, performance, and data security across all layers.
Collaborate cross-functionally to iterate fast and ship measurable results.
What were looking for
10+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ in architecture or tech lead roles.
Strong expertise in Node.js, TypeScript, Python, SQL schema design, and cloud infrastructure (Docker, IaC).
Experience building B2B SaaS applications end-to-end.
Familiarity with AI-native development (prompt design, agent orchestration, evaluation frameworks).
Fluent English communication and proactive problem-solving mindset.
