Salary Range: JPY 5,000,000 7,000,000 per year

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled IVI Designer to design and develop connected in-vehicle features. The role includes collaborating with internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to integrate IVI systems, authentication functions, and audio systems while ensuring excellent user experience and high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop IVI features for connected vehicles.

Support authentication functions (AA/CP, SXM).

Design and integrate audio systems.

Analyze market issues and implement solutions.

Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams.

Perform root-cause analysis and resolve technical issues.

Support business trips as required.

Required Skills & Experience:

ECU specification analysis and validation experience.

Hands-on experience in design testing and defect analysis.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Self-motivated and proactive approach.

Languages:

Japanese: Native-level (non-Japanese candidates welcome)

English: Business-level (reading/writing required; listening/speaking preferred)

Work in Japan
