Job Description

We are seeking a JavaScript Engineer to help design, build, and maintain the public-safety SaaS platform, including our RMS, CAD, eCitation, and related law-enforcement modules. This role focuses on developing scalable, secure, and reliable web applications used daily by sworn officers and agency staff. Youll work primarily in a JavaScript/Node.js environment, contributing across the stack and collaborating closely with product, customer success, and leadership to deliver features that operate in real-world, mission-critical conditions.

The ideal candidate is a pragmatic, detail-oriented engineer with strong JavaScript fundamentals and experience building production SaaS applications. Familiarity with frameworks such as Meteor, Node.js, or modern front-end libraries, as well as experience with NoSQL databases, APIs, and cloud-hosted environments, is highly valued. Experience in GovTech, public safety, or compliance-driven systems (CJIS, criminal justice data, or secure systems) is a strong plus, along with a mindset that values reliability, performance, and continuous improvement.
