The final round of interviews will take place in person at the clients office, located in Phoenix, AZ, (Hybrid)

Job Description:
We are seeking a Java Developer with a strong background in Core Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices to join our team on a long-term W2 contract. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing and building scalable applications and APIs that support business-critical functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain enterprise-grade Java applications using Core Java and Spring Boot
Design and implement scalable and reliable Microservices Architecture
Create, manage, and integrate RESTful APIs for internal and external system communication
Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions
Participate in code reviews, enforce standards, and contribute to process improvements
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to maintain application performance and stability
Stay informed about the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve software development
Required Skills:
7+ years of hands-on experience in Java and Core Java
Strong experience with Spring Boot framework
In-depth understanding of Microservices principles and architecture
Expertise in developing and consuming REST APIs
Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
